BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — FROM ONE HIGH TO ANOTHER
As one upper atmospheric ridge of high pressure gives way another one will be waiting in the wings to take its place. This will effectively keep the storm track far away from our little corner of the USA. A winter weather weekend is confined to the eastern and southeastern US as cold air and Carolina snow has been the exact opposite of the warm west.
