Two people were injured in a shooting that involved a federal agent in South Los Angeles, police told NBC Los Angeles Tuesday.
The shooting happened on E. 20th Street near Washington Boulevard at around 8:52 a.m..
When paramedics arrived at the scene, they found two people with gunshot wounds although the injuries were thought to be non-life threatening.
The LAPD confirmed that a person was in custody in connection with the shooting.
It was not immediately clear whether the federal agent involved was the shooter or the person who was shot in the incident.
