Get in the spirit of the season with Long Beach Township’s annual Harvest Hayride event on Saturday, Oct. 25. All are invited to take part in the free, family-friendly fun in Bayview Park, at 6805 Long Beach Blvd. in Brant Beach, from noon to 2 p.m.
The rain date is Sunday, Oct. 26.
The annual event – organized by the LBT Police Department, the LBT PBA 373, the township Parks and Recreation Department and the Carolan Foundation – features favorite fall offerings such as hayrides to the 68th Street ocean beach, and a pumpkin patch in the park so youngsters can pick out their own jack-o’-lantern-in-waiting.
There will be a number of other activities for kids as well, including face-painting, a bounce house and a petting zoo.
Snack and drinks will also be provided.
