San Jose Unified School District (SJUSD) leaders said they have to me changes to serve all of its students, while also maximizing budgets.
At the school board meeting Tuesday afternoon, trustees will discuss closing up to nine elementary schools under its Schools of Tomorrow plan.
There are three options for the school district: SJUSD could close nine elementary schools and relocate one, it could close nine schools or it could close eight schools.
The district created an interactive map for families to see where their students would end up under the three different scenarios.
