BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — A 40-year-old man was arrested Thursday after Bakersfield police said he threw bricks at windows at Dignity Health Arena & Convention Center and Moo Creamery.

Bakersfield police said that on Thursday morning, the department received two reports of vandalism at the two locations.

An Eyewitness News crew captured footage of a newly replaced window at the new location for Moo Creamery.

Officers investigated and, a few hours later, found a 40-year-old man in the 1700 block of V Street.

Police identified the man as George Callahan, who is experiencing homelessness. He was arrested and is charged with multiple felonies, including vandalism, burglary, resisting arrest, possession of a dirk or dagger, and two outstanding felony warrants.
