GAINESVILLE, Texas (KXII) – Road closures on I-35 and California Street begin Sunday at 8 p.m.
According to TxDOT, those heading south on I-35 will take the California Street (FM-51) exit before getting back on past the work zone, south of FM-1306.
Additionally, drivers won’t be able to go under I-35 on California Street. They’ll turn onto the access road, make a U-turn when possible, and get back to California Street from there.
More closures are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday nights respectively.
Roads will reopen the following morning each day at 6 a.m.
