See spaceships, tar-soaked bones ad Dorothy’s ruby slippers at “Free for All” Day

From pop art at the Broad to tar-soaked bones at the Page Museum, Los Angeles is filled with amazing artifacts from the civilizations that came before us. Visit Dorothy’s ruby slippers at the Academy museum or the spaceships at the Columbia Memorial Space Center for free on February 22. The annual “Museums Free-for-All” event opens the doors to more than two dozen of the more than 800 museums in Southern California so now you have no excuse to go exploring!
