Crews are working to rescue two people who are stuck high up on a building after scaffolding broke, the Sacramento Fire Department said. Scaffolding broke shortly before 9:15 a.m. at Q and 15th streets, the fire department said. Crews can be seen assisting a person stuck on a harness. Another is stuck on a platform. Around 10:10 a.m., crews were able to safely harness the two to the ground. An ambulance was on standby to transport them for treatment.
