Modern life often keeps our bodies in a state of high alert, but 9D Breathwork could help you hit the “reset” button on your nervous system. And, soon, there will be a chance to try it out in San Diego.

From noon to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, San Diego’s wellness community is invited to the Nervous System Reset, a 9D Breathwork event facilitated by certified instructor and local wellness guide Tess Booker.

Unlike traditional meditation, 9D Breathwork is an immersive somatic practice that uses nine layers of audio technology to bypass the “thinking” mind. It combines binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, and isochronic tones with vocal coaching and conscious breathing to help regulate the nervous system and release stored emotional stress.

The session is designed for anyone feeling the weight of burnout or overwhelm. It’s meant to help you get out of your head, into your body, and centered in a state of deep, embodied, and grounded calm.

The 9D Breathwork event will take place at the private Mission Hills Venue in San Diego, located just minutes from La Jolla. There are 12 slots available, and the organizers will provide high-quality headphones to experience the aural magic.

Participants should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. No prior breathwork experience is required. Tickets cost $55.20 and are on sale now.
