BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department and Kern Secret Witness are asking for information in a 2010 homicide case that left a Cal State Bakersfield student dead while she was leaving a party at the university.
Bianca Jackson, 18, was leaving a large Halloween party in the Cal State Bakersfield parking lot when people who did not attend the university showed up and started shouting gang slurs at each other, according to Jackson’s friends.
