FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Long recognized as the agricultural backbone of the Central Valley, Fresno is stepping into a new phase of economic and cultural growth.

Located at Cedar and Nees, the PM Lounge is a private members-only club in North Fresno offering a luxury setting for business meetings, dining, and entertainment seven days a week.

According to Gilbert Quezada, Executive Director of Operations, the concept was created in response to Fresno’s evolving identity. The exclusive social club already counts 200 members, with a $3,500 monthly membership providing access to a variety of amenities.

“The PM Lounge is a private members’ business and social club,” Quezada said. “Fresno is a hidden gem, and there are a lot of people here looking for something like this.”

Strategically located between San Francisco and Los Angeles, the 15,000-square-foot space features elevated interiors inspired by glitz, glamour, and California palm trees. The PM Lounge caters to both local members and traveling professionals. They offer Forbes-trained service, Michelin-caliber cuisine, member-curated wine cellars, and members-only amenities such as golf simulators.

The opening also brings economic impact. The PM Lounge currently employs more than 100 people, with plans to expand to approximately 150 employees as operations grow.

Beyond job creation, leadership says community involvement is a priority.

“We want to be embedded into the community and give back,” Quezada said, adding that the organization plans to partner with local philanthropic groups.

The opening comes as Fresno continues broader expansion efforts, including housing development and airport growth championed by Mayor Jerry Dyer. Business leaders say venues like The PM Lounge help keep corporate entertainment and investment within the city rather than sending it to coastal markets.

The PM Lounge is now officially open to members. Interested individuals can apply through the club’s website and will be connected with an ambassador to begin the membership process. To learn more, visit https://www.thepmlounge.com/
