CLEVELAND— Over the weekend, the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office aided a California agency in locating a missing 14-year-old girl, believed to have traveled to the county with her uncle.

LCSO received a call from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department on Feb. 20, requesting aid in locating a girl reported as a missing child/runaway.

It was believed that the 14-year-old left California with her 28-year-old uncle, Yaser Byron Cima, and was now in the Cleveland area.
