KINGSBURG, Calif. (KFSN) — Steaks are always sizzling at CheyAnne’s Steakhouse & Lounge on Sierra Street in Kingsburg, right off Highway 99.
“We kind of thought that’d be a great thing to have in Kingsburg, and it ended up being everyone coming around from every city,” says co-owner Matt Record.
“We’ve prepared the most popular cuts,” says co-owner CheyAnne Record. “We have filet, ribeye, our porterhouse, our bone-in cowboy ribeye and then our tomahawk.”

I did my best to try every cut – starting with that hefty tomahawk.
“We get compliments all night long about how it’s the best steak they’ve ever had,” Matt said.
“Our porterhouse here, which is the best of both worlds, we like to say,” CheyAnne said. “One half filet, one half being New York off that bone.”
Steaks come with vegetables, mashed potatoes or mac and cheese with a bite.
The staff stays busy with the freshly baked bread and bubbling dips in the kitchen.
“That’s just a blend of our four cheeses,” CheyAnne said. “We have fresh artichoke hearts we melt in there.”
We also got a look at some seafood, including the northern Atlantic salmon and Canadian cold-water lobster tail.
Appetizers include crispy calamari and pork belly.
Monday through Thursday, you can enjoy Happy Hour.
