SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A Bay Area man who police say convinced a minor into having sex and then filmed it has been sentenced to more than 20 years in federal prison, authorities said.
Federal prosecutors say Muller “unlawfully persuaded a minor victim” into performing sexual acts with him and recorded them in 2022.
Muller also uploaded child pornography onto the internet and was also sent a similar video of another minor that same year, according to federal prosecutors
The 33-year-old has been in custody since his arrest in 2023, according to federal prosecutors. Muller will also serve 15 years of supervised release following his stint in prison.
