FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A doctor in Fresno has had his medical license revoked after he was accused of sexually assaulting a female patient during an examination in 2021.

Dr. Perry, who graduated from Yale University School of Medicine in 1993, worked at the medical offices at 6177 N Thesta Street, Ste 103.
She said Dr. Perry had her lie down to check, and that when he put his hand inside her underwear, telling her, “It’s okay. You’re okay. I’m just adjusting.”
She says she got up from the table and walked out, handing a note to the receptionist that read, “Dr. Perry totally violated me.”
Following an investigation, the Medical Board of California revoked Perry’s Physician’s and Surgeon’s Certificate.
Dr. Perry’s license was revoked as of 5 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2026.
