A 27-year-old man was arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Natomas last week, Sacramento police said. SACRAMENTO, Calif. —

A 27-year-old man was arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Natomas last week, Sacramento police said.

Ray Howard, of Sacramento, was arrested on Friday and faces homicide and firearm-related charges, police said.
