FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Fresno’s Rogue Festival is set to return for its 25th season, bringing more than 200 performances from more than 50 performing groups across 10 venues.

The festival will feature six days of theater, music, dance, improv, comedy, storytelling, performance art, and magic, among other acts.

Founded in 2002 by Fresno playwright Marcel Nunis, the Rogue Festival is an uncurated, unjuried and uncensored fringe festival, with performers selected through a random lottery and no restrictions on what performers can say or do.

The festival features independent artists performing their own original work, often for the first time, and ticket sales go directly to the artists, with 100% of Rogue ticket sales going to the performer.

A Rogue wristband is required for entry to every Rogue performance.

Wristbands cost $6 and can be purchased on the Rogue website, at any Rogue venue, or at The Rogue Store in the Component Coffee/Lotus Room parking lot.

Tickets can be purchased at the door starting 30 minutes before a performance, or in advance through the Rogue Festival website.
