BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of stealing a bicycle from a central Bakersfield home.
At around 5:20 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, the suspect entered the rear yard of a home in the 3100 block of 16th Street from the alley, according to police.
The suspect then allegedly stole a bicycle from the yard and fled through the alley.
Investigators described the suspect as a man in his 20s wearing a backwards baseball cap, sunglasses, a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
