Los Angeles’ 111 vote centers will open Saturday ahead of the Nov. 4 special election, the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s Office said.

Vote centers will open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. through election day, allowing people to vote in person, register to vote and return their mail-in ballots.

See here for the list of vote centers.

The Nov. 4 statement special election will determine whether the California government can temporarily bypass the California Citizens Redistricting Commission and use the newly drawn congressional district maps, in time for the 2026 midterm elections.

Eligible voters who have not yet registered can visit any vote center, complete a conditional voter registration and cast a ballot in this election. Once the registration is validated through the statewide database,
the ballot is processed like all others.

Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s Office officials said voters can return their ballots by placing them in any of more than 400 drop boxes across the county, sending them through the mail by election day or visiting one of the county’s officials vote centers, which will open Saturday.
