FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Two teens were sent to the hospital after a fight escalated to a stabbing on Tuesday.

Fresno Police responded to a report of a stabbing in the parking lot of an apartment on Shields and Valentine.

As officers arrived, several cars were seen leaving the scene.

According to the investigation, a fight broke out between several people that led to a stabbing.

A 19-year-old male victim was sent to the hospital with a non-life-threatening stab wound to the stomach.

A 15-year-old female victim was sent to the hospital with injuries to her face.
