FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — The Fresno Grizzlies have appointed Andrew Milios as the team’s new general manager, following the departure of longtime GM Derek Franks, who announced last week he was leaving the role after 22 years.

Milios, who has been with the organization since 2008, moves into the top position after serving as assistant general manager since the 2019 season. He began his career with the Grizzlies as an inside sales representative, then oversaw ticket sales and led the corporate partnerships department.

In a statement, Milios said, “I look forward to continuing to bring the best in affordable family fun and entertainment to the Central Valley.”

The Grizzlies open their season on April 7, kicking off the celebration of their 25th year in Downtown Fresno.
