Two men were taken to the hospital after being shot in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood early Saturday morning, police said.

The police department said they responded to a shooting in the area of Turk and Taylor streets at around 5:05 a.m.

At the scene, responding officers found two men with gunshot wounds, according to authorities. Officials added the men were treated by paramedics on scene and later taken to the hospital.
