SAN FRANCISCO – March 9, 2026 – NBC Sports Bay Area has named Kylen Mills host for its live gameday coverage of the San Francisco Giants beginning this MLB season. In her new role, the veteran sports announcer, host, reporter and analyst will lead Giants Pregame Live and Giants Postgame Live, which surround NBC Sports Bay Area’s live Giants with news, analysis, commentary and interviews.
Mills, who has previously held several Northern California sports media roles, will be joined on Giants Pregame Live and Giants Postgame Live by former Giants players Shawn Estes, Rich Aurilia, Sergio Romo and George Kontos, and longtime coach and executive Ron Wotus, who will rotate as analysts. The shows will debut surrounding NBC Sports Bay Area’s first regular-season Giants game on March 27.

Mills has nearly 14 years of media experience, including roles with NBC Sports Bay Area and NBC Sports California. Most recently, she has been as a studio host for Big Ten Network, while also serving as a play-by-play announcer covering soccer, volleyball and women’s basketball. Mills has also been a host and analyst for live NWSL games on ION, where she has also contributed to WNBA coverage.
Mills’ previous experience with NBC Sports Bay Area and California includes hosting Athletics gameday coverage and reporting for San Jose State University football games. Her experience in Bay Area sports also includes more than two years as a sports anchor and reporter for KRON-TV, serving as an announcer and analyst for PAC-12 Networks, and co-hosting the Locked-On Warriors podcast.
Earlier in her career, Mills was an anchor, reporter host and producer for television stations in multiple markets, including Lexington, Ky., and Oklahoma City, after beginning her career as a field producer for ABC 7 in Chicago, where she was an intern. She graduated from Lewis University in her native Illinois, where she played soccer and tennis, with an undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism.
