LOS ANGELES — The woman who is accused of firing shots at Rihanna’s Los Angeles mansion while the singer was home has been identified as investigators try and determine a motive for the shooting.

Ivana Lisette Ortiz, of Florida, has been booked for attempted murder. Bail has been set at more than $10 million.

The 35-year-old was arrested Sunday after shots rang out outside Rihanna’s Beverly Glen property. Investigators say the gunfire came from a car across the street from the singer’s mansion.

Rihanna was at home, but nobody was hurt.

Rihanna’s Beverly Glen mansion was hit by gunfire while the singer was home, according to the LAPD and sources with knowledge of the investigation.

Multiple shots were fired at the residence, but none penetrated the inside of her home, only the exterior, sources said. Multiple rounds did hit the outside of the home, though, as well as a vehicle parked out front.

Sources said that the weapon allegedly used by Ortiz was an AR-style gun. At least two homes on the block had bullet holes.

In dispatch audio, officials are heard saying the suspect’s Tesla was followed by an LAPD helicopter into a mall parking garage, where she was pulled over and detained by patrol units.

Investigators are trying to determine whether Ortiz knew if Rihanna lived at the home.

Rihanna shares three children with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky. It’s unclear if A$AP Rocky and the children were home at the time of the shooting.
