The San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR) is partnering with Rayse to offer its members the real estate transparency platform free of charge. In an announcement on Thursday, SFAR and Rayse said that as of earlier this week, all of SFAR’s over 4,000 members now had complimentary access to Rayse.

With Rayse, agents are able to give their buyer and seller clients real-time insights into all of the things the agent is doing for the transaction.

“San Francisco agents manage some of the most complex transactions in the country,” James Dwiggins, the Co-CEO of Rayse, said in a statement. “Rayse ensures their work is visible, their value is clear, and their clients stay informed from start to finish.”

Rayse will be integrated with the SFARMLS and be part of SFAR’s training and onboarding through its education and technology councils. The association said that this partnership shows its continued commitment to innovation, professionalism and consumer trust.

“This partnership gives our members an edge in demonstrating expertise and earning client confidence,” Walt Baczkowski, the CEO of SFAR, said in a statement. “Transparency is the foundation of trust, and Rayse helps our Realtors deliver that in every interaction.”

SFAR is not the only trade group Rayse has partnered with. This past summer, the platform announced a partnership with MLS Now and an expanded partnership with Stellar MLS.
