Incoming Chief Executive of Walt Disney Co., Josh D’Amaro, has appointed Jill Estorino as the newest president of Disneyland Resort.

Estorino follows Thomas Mazloum, who entered the top role in Anaheim in March 2025. Mazloum is set to replace D’Amaro in his current role of chairman of Disney Experiences leading a portfolio of global businesses including theme parks, cruise ships, resort hotels, consumer products and Walt Disney Imagineering.

The leadership transitions will be effective on March 18.

Estorino was most recently president and managing director of Disney Parks International, overseeing the entertainment company’s theme parks and resorts across Europe and Asia. She worked on several park expansions at Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort, and Tokyo Disney Resort.

She counts 35 years with Disney, including a six-year stint leading the Disneyland and Walt Disney World marketing teams.

Disneyland Resort is Orange County’s largest employer with 36,000 employees across the company’s two theme parks, three resort hotels and Downtown Disney District.

“Jill brings a global perspective shaped by strong collaboration with international business, community and government leaders while guiding significant, strategic investments for long-term global growth,” D’Amaro said in a statement.
