FOR STAYING ON TOP OF THIS BREAKING NEWS IN SOUTH NATOMAS. AND WE BELIEVE WHAT WE’RE LOOKING AT RIGHT HERE IS A VEHICLE THAT HAS FLIPPED, POSSIBLY TWO TIMES AT WEST EL CAMINO, RIGHT OFF OF I-5. AND THE INITIAL REPORTS THAT CAME IN WAS THAT A BLUE VEHICLE SOMEHOW WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND FLIPPED TWO TIMES AND CAME TO A REST THERE. AND SO RIGHT NOW, THE WEST EL CAMINO EXIT, NORTHBOUND I-5 IS SHUT DOWN. THERE IS A REPORT TO THAT THERE WAS A JUVENILE VEHICLE. AND SO WE KNOW AN AMBULANCE HAS BEEN REQUESTED. WE DON’T KNOW THE CONDITION OF THE PEOPLE WHO WHO ARE IN THAT VEHICLE. BUT WHAT WE DO KNOW IS THIS HAPPENED ABOUT 347 THIS AFTERNOON, VEHICLES SOMEHOW WENT OFF THE ROAD FLIPPING A COUPLE TIMES AS THE INITIAL REPORT COMING TO A REST RIGHT HERE. SO WE HAVE A HARD CLOSURE ON THAT OFF RAMP THERE AT WEST EL CAMINO, NORTHBOUND I-5. AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY’RE WORKING IT RIGHT THERE AT THE SCENE. An infant and three others were hurt in a rollover crash off Interstate 5 in Sacramento on Tuesday, the Sacramento Fire Department said. The crash occurred around 3:47 p.m. and led to the closure of an off-ramp on northbound Interstate 5 at West El Camino Avenue. LiveCopter 3 showed the vehicle overturned near several trees. Fire officials said the infant was given CPR and was breathing on their own upon arrival at the hospital. Three others suffered minor injuries. See our traffic map. This story is developing.
