The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a 46-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the chest on Tuesday night in North Highlands.The sheriff’s office said the man was found in the 7100 block of Watt Avenue at Turner Drive and taken to a hospital, where he was in stable condition. The man did not provide additional information to investigators, the sheriff’s office said. The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a 46-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the chest on Tuesday night in North Highlands.

The sheriff’s office said the man was found in the 7100 block of Watt Avenue at Turner Drive and taken to a hospital, where he was in stable condition.

The man did not provide additional information to investigators, the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies on the scene were not able to locate the possible shooting scene and are canvassing the area.
