FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Police are asking for the community’s help in finding a man connected to a string of thefts around the city.

Police say that Lowe’s stores in Fresno and surrounding cities started reporting the string of thefts in November 2025.

Between then and February, police say over $7,000 in merchandise was stolen.

After reviewing surveillance footage and gathering over $3,000 of stolen property from a Fresno home, police identified Issac Navarro as the suspect.
