Local crafters of all skill levels are invited to gather for “Strings & Things” on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the South Pasadena Public Library.
A Shared Space for Creativity
Located in the Bradbury Conference Room, this monthly program offers a dedicated space for community members to craft in a social, collaborative environment.
Unlike a traditional structured class, this event focuses on conversation and the sharing of ideas. It is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow makers while making progress on your personal projects.
Program Highlights
All Skill Levels: Whether you are a master knitter or a beginner at crochet, everyone is welcome.
Social Atmosphere: Engage in friendly dialogue and find inspiration from other local residents.
Monthly Meeting: The group meets on the second Saturday of every month to maintain a consistent creative routine.
Important Participation Details
Please note that this is a “bring-your-own” style workshop. Supplies are not provided by the library, so participants must bring their own materials and active projects to work on during the hour.
“We wanted to create a space where crafting isn’t a lonely activity,” says a library spokesperson. “It’s about building community through the things we make with our hands.”
