BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The man accused of shooting and killing another man in Oildale turned himself in Oregon.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Steven Quick turned himself in to the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office in Oregon.
Eyewitness News has reached out to the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office for additional information.

In a social media post, the saloon said in part:
Anyone who knew Jason knew the kind of person he was — someone who brought light into the room, made people laugh, and cared deeply about others.
