Orange County had 58 million-dollar ZIP codes in the fourth quarter – up one from a year earlier.
There were 4,258 sales in the period in communities with five or more sales and a median selling price of at least $1 million, according to Attom data. That’s off 4% vs. the previous year. These seven-figure ZIPs accounted for 72% of countywide sales. The busiest million-dollar ZIP was Irvine 92618 with 196 sales.

New to the million-dollar club were: Midway City 92655, Placentia 92870, Garden Grove 92845 and Garden Grove 92841. Falling below a $1 million median were Fullerton 92831, Irvine 92614 and Brea 92821.
There were 26 ZIPs with prices under $1 million. Sales totaled 1,689 – down 4% year-over-year. The busiest sub-million ZIP was La Habra 90631, with 133 sales.
Countywide, the median was $1.17 million – up 2% in a year, with 5,960 sales – off 4% over 12 months.
