The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating reports of a firearm near the campus of Los Angeles High School on March 13.

According to the LAPD, officers responded to a call reporting a person with a firearm near the Mid-Wilshire campus at approximately 12:15 p.m. on March 13. The department said that there was no evidence of shots fired, but the campus and surrounding area were cleared as investigators searched for any potential suspects.
