SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A teenage boy was found with at least one gunshot wound in Sacramento.
Just before 5:45 p.m., a teen boy was found with at least one gunshot wound near the 20 block of Restoration Ct, according to Sacramento Police Department.
The victim was taken to a hospital with an unknown condition.
