BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A local organization is helping seniors file their taxes for free while assisting families in the agriculture community pay for childcare.
The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, or VITA, and Migrant Childcare Alternative Payment Program, or MCAP, are programs provided by CAPK.
