I am a subscriber to the Old Globe Theater in Balboa Park and have been for decades. I had a play last Sunday. In preparation, I received an automated voicemail from the Old Globe staff. It wanted to let all playgoers know to plan to arrive at least an hour earlier than usual.
Why? Because the lines at the parking meters are very long!
I already arrive early because the park is very busy on Sunday.
What were you thinking, San Diego City Council? Or were you?
