Spring arrives in downtown San Diego with “Hop, Sip, & Bloom”, a festive outdoor brunch event on Easter weekend at Wild Hare Bar Garden, located inside the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter.
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., guests can enjoy a spring-inspired brunch featuring adoptable bunnies from Tailas Tails, Aperol Spritz specials presented by Aperol, live music, and local vendor pop-ups including Headed West Permanent Jewelry & Charm Bar and Number Eleven Candles. Set in a lush outdoor bar garden, guests can meet and learn about rabbit adoption while sipping cocktails and enjoying the San Diego sunshine.
The full brunch menu will be available from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring highlights like Bananas Foster French Toast, Quinoa Breakfast Power Bowl, Meyer Lemon Benedict, Huevos Rancheros, and Cali Breakfast Burrito. Guests are encouraged to make reservations to secure their spot for brunch and enjoy the lively Easter weekend festivities. The event activations—including adoptable bunnies, live music, and local vendor pop-ups are from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.— so stay and soak up the full springtime experience at Wild Hare Bar Garden.
