SAN DIEGO, CALIF. – DePaul golf is set to compete in the UC San Diego Invitational from Sunday, March 22-Tuesday, March 24 at the esteemed Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego. The tournament will take place on the North Course, a par-72 layout spanning 7,258 yards. Â

The invitational features 17 collegiate programs, including Air Force, Bucknell, California Baptist, Creighton, CSUN, Drexel, DePaul, Eastern Washington, Holy Cross, Loyola Marymount, Oklahoma Christian, Prairie View A&M, Southern Utah, UC Irvine, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara and Weber State, along with individuals from San Diego.

DePaul will field a lineup featuring North Chery, Billy Gneiser, Rohan Gopaldas, Dominic Lucchesi, and Sam Mortell. The Blue Demons tee off Sunday at 3 p.m. CT.
In the team’s previous outing at the Seminole Intercollegiate, DePaul showcased a strong performance against a competitive field that included 11 top 150 ranked programs. Freshman North Chery continues to impress with his fourth consecutive top-25 finish. DePaul finished tied for 11th place overall out of 21 teams, sharing the spot with #97 Southern Illinois and surpassing #89 North Alabama, with a team score of 902 (+38).
DePaul returns to competition April 6-7 at the Gile-Spratley Collegiate in Midlothian, Va.
