
Update: PG&E crews restored most of the power just before midnight.
Original story: A crash west of Highway 99 caused a power outage in Fresno.
The power went out at 9:45 p.m. after a vehicle collided with a pole at Ashlan and Blythe Avenues.
Fresno police Lt. Justin Hoagland said the driver was taken to the hospital with a broken arm.
The power outage extends from Ashlan and Blythe to Clinton and Polk, affecting 2,600 PG&E customers.
According to the PG&E website, the restoration of the power is expected at 2:30 a.m. Monday.
