This training is led by a sworn officer and includes a supervised, interactive exercise. A student community service officer, wearing protective padding, will act as the aggressor while participants learn practical response techniques. Soft props will be used throughout the space to simulate items that can help distract or incapacitate an aggressor.
Trigger Warning
This is a physical, interactive training that may include simulated gunshot sounds, a simulated weapon, loud verbal commands and participant involvement in subduing the aggressor.
