Authorities sought the public’s assistance Monday in locating an at-risk 33-year-old man with an unspecified mental health disorder last seen in the unincorporated West Carson area.
Kevin Joseph Slattery was last seen on Jan. 23 in the 1000 block of West Carson Street, between Vermont and Normandie avenues, near Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Slattery was described as a 5-foot-9-inch-tall white man weighing 180 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes, and he is known to wear earrings.
