Several Patrol and Special Operations Officers working in the area quickly arrived and located two adult male victims suffering from at least one gunshot wound each. Despite life-saving efforts by medical personnel, both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Ocampo was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail for homicide but was later released pending additional follow up.

Detectives conducted comprehensive follow up and later obtained a warrant for his arrest for manslaughter.

On March 22, 2026, Suspect Ocampo self surrendered to Detectives, and was subsequently booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail for manslaughter.

The motive and circumstances surrounding the event are still under investigation.
