Community event hopes to offer space for women to find support

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A local organization is creating a safe and welcome space for women to connect.

House of Souls is hosting “Waiting to Exhale: Encounter” to bring women together for a day of inner reflection, worship and support.

The event is taking place this Saturday, March 28, at 3740 Sillect Avenue from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
