TailoredSpace is opening its 16th coworking space April 1 in Old Towne Orange.
The coworking space is within a new building attached to the west side of First Presbyterian Church.
The 11,830-square-foot space (Suite 200) sits above Culinary Dropout in the city’s historic district. The recently built coworking space spans the entire second floor above the restaurant. Also new to the building is the Love & Lace bridal shop.
“This marks our first campus opening for 2026. Orange is another perfect fit as our suburban focus continues to hit the mark. We find that the reduced commute is a huge driver for local workers. Plus, our locations have a higher emphasis on community encouraging even greater business interaction for entrepreneurs,” said Drew Sanden, TailoredSpace co-founder.
The Orange site features meeting spaces (desks, offices, suites and recording studios), a lounge area with bar-top, booths and relaxed seating. Amenities include free coffee, fully stocked refreshments, daily snacks, a conference room and phone booth access, plus Wi-Fi. Members rent the space by the month or by the hour for the recording studio.
“In Orange we believe the ideal client will be individuals or small business owners within a three-mile radius of the circle,” added Sanden.
TailoredSpace operates coworking sites in San Juan Capistrano, Brea, Laguna Niguel, San Clemente, Burbank, Carlsbad, Chino Hills, Corona, Del Mar Heights, Kearny Mesa, Oceanside, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, San Diego and West Covina.

Thrift concept debuts in Tustin
A new kind of clothing store is taking the place of a shuttered men’s clothing store next door to the shuttered Rutabegorz restaurant at 148 W. Main St. in Tustin.
Good Society, a thrift store made up of curated closet offerings, opened Saturday, March 28.
The “turn your closet into cash” concept works a lot like Poshmark, only in a physical store versus a mobile app. Poshmark is a popular resale app in which users to sell apparel and accessories, much like an eBay for fashion.
The company was founded by Kristle Simila, the business owner behind Jasper Coffee on Balboa Island and Sundance Thrift Shop, with locations in both Old Town Tustin and Balboa Island.
At Good Society, curators rent a closet (think display area) for the week, selling clothing and accessories they’ve curated. The operators in Tustin promise 50-plus closets of goods to peruse, with new inventory arriving weekly.
If you’re interested in renting a closet, the space is reserved ($35 weekly) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday through Friday. Curators get a two-hour window in the morning to set up before the store opens to customers at 10 a.m.
Store operators handle the space, marketing and checkout.
Hours for customers: 10-6 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 10-7 on Friday and Saturday.
