Patrick Donnelly
OBITUARY
Pat was a native San Diegan born to Howard and Julie Donnelly. 1981 graduate of Patrick Henry High School in the San Carlos neighborhood. A US Army veteran, Pat used his GI Bill benefits to obtain an A.S. in electronics from Coleman College. He’d recently retired from a long career in Facilities Management at UCSD in La Jolla.
Pat loved playing his guitars, fishing, vacationing in Hawaii or on the Oregon coast and never met a cat that didn’t immediately adore him.
Survived by his parents, older sister Sara Williams (Mitch), nephew Mitch Williams, Jr. (Katie), great-nephew Mitchell (7), great-niece Olivia (4) and nephew Spencer Williams (Lauren).
Services will be private. The family greatly appreciates donations to the San Diego Humane Society in Pat’s name.
