The Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office is asking for help locating the relatives of Jose Luciano Cruz, 52.
Cruz, described as 5-foot-9 and 170 pounds, was known to stay in Biola and Kerman.
Coroner’s staff have been unable to find family members through personal records, a necessary step to release the body for burial.
