
Authorities are investigating a stabbing that left two people injured on Easter Sunday at a plant nursery in Fresno County.
Deputies responded to reports of a fight just before 4 p.m. at the Sago Rey Palms Plant Nursery, located at the 6700 block of East Central Avenue.
Deputies located two individuals suffering from stab wounds.
Both victims were taken to a nearby hospital. Their current conditions have not been released, but deputies confirmed they were alive at the time they were taken for treatment.
Deputies have detained a possible suspect in connection with the incident.
No further details about the individual have been released.
The immediate area surrounding the nursery has been closed to traffic as authorities continue their investigation.
Residents are advised to avoid the area while deputies work to gather more information.
