A large tree fell in a downtown Sacramento neighborhood, hitting at least one home on Sunday.Neighbors said the tree took out a power line and damaged fences and at least one roof in the area of 5th and U streets.The tree’s roots were fully exposed and the adjacent sidewalk was lifted up.People were home when the tree came crashing down.Obed Franco lives next to the fallen tree.
