BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified a man who was shot and killed in Rosamond as 52-year-old Larry Curtis Hardin of Lancaster.

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office said on March 30, 2026, at about 10:30 p.m., KCSO deputies responded to a victim of a shooting in the 2500 block of Sierra Highway in Rosamond.
When deputies arrived, they found Hardin dead with gunshot wounds.
