Burglary detectives are investigating two early morning burglaries on Meadowview Rd and 24th St. It is unclear if the incidents are connected.
SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Detectives are investigating two separate burglaries that occurred early Wednesday morning, with detectives still working to determine whether the incidents are connected.
According to the Sacramento Police Department, just before 3:45 a.m., officers responded to the 7100 block of 24th Street after reports of a vehicle burglary in which a vehicle smashed through the front door of a business. Officers arrived, conducted an investigation, and generated a burglary report.
A second burglary was reported just before 4:30 a.m. in the 1440 block of Meadowview Road after a ringing alarm call. Responding officers located evidence of a burglary at the scene and completed a separate report.
At this time, investigators say it has not been confirmed whether the two burglaries involved the same vehicle or are otherwise related.Â
The investigation remains ongoing as burglary detectives will be investigating these further.
No suspect information or arrests have been released.
